We enjoyed it!
We definitely enjoyed our stay! Yes, it’s directly above a restaurant but we felt like the occasional noise from the restaurant was well worth the location, being within walking distance of downtown shops and eateries. It was clean and modern. We will book again!

One week stay in January
The host was responsive and helpful. The unit is on the second floor of a historic building housing residential and commercial units. The 1st floor is largely taken up by a bar and restaurant. Apparently the bar’s walk in cooler is directly underneath the unit. The walk in cooler’s metal door slams on a frequency matched to that of the bar’s activity. On a business day that door starts slamming around 6-7am and continues throughout the day and night. The door slam, which was as frequent as every few minutes for hours on end in the evenings, when the bar and restaurant are very busy, to every 10-30 minutes or so throughout the day. It is loud, startling and shakes the apartment every time it slams. Some people may not be bothered by that but we were. Also, there was constant loud music playing from down below for most of every evening and you cannhere the partying quite clearly. I like music as much as anyone but don’t need it forced on me for hours. Again, some may not care about that but it wasn’t great for us. Interior of unit is clean and nice, just know that this building was constructed in 1892, so the walls are thin for sound and insulation, and the layout and access are a bit convoluted. Location is good for downtown. The Host was consistently helpful and responsive.

This was a great little place stay! Comfortable bed and living space. Could walk to historic Main Street. Food was great, we tried 3 different places. Would definitely stop by on our next trip through!

Great Stay
The loft is in a easily assessed location, close to everything in the downtown area. We stayed there for the Tour of the Moon bike ride. It was just a couple blocks from the start and finish area so very convenient. The loft was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the decor was extremely comfortable and modern. It is above a pub but we heard no noise up in the loft. Checkin and out was easy. There was an elevator to help get our bikes up to the room (I use an ebike which is a bit heavy for trundling up/down stairs) that is a little tight but doable. Overall, we were very pleased with the loft and highly recommend it for any stay in Grand Junction.

It's all about the location!
We had a very enjoyable 2-day stay at this loft apartment. I will say that the check-in process is a bit more complicated than most, but with very accurate instructions, we had no problems getting in to the apartment. Although located in an old building, the apartment itself was well equipped, comfortable, and we certainly felt safe. The location really makes this place a great rental....you are within walking distance of Main Street shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, wine tasting bars and breweries. You will have no trouble finding a place to quench your thirst or satisfy your appetite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice little spot to land!
The place is updated nicely. The location close to downtown is very good. But not a lot of storage space, we were there for our sons wedding so we had a lot of stuff. A couple suggestions: one of the penlights over the breakfast bar needs a new bulb or repair-it doesn’t work. The bedroom window shade also didn’t work. It would be nice to have more light in the bathroom. We would come back to this spot again!

Loved the place and its location
We arrived on Amtrak and the rental was less that a 10 minute walk for the Amtrak station. We rented a car while there and Enterprise Car Rental was less that a 10 minute walk. The main action of downtown is only a block away. The areas is safe. The apartment was clean, well supplied with all of the neccessities for you to enjoy your stay. No complaints.

My son and I stayed here during a visit to check out the Mesa University. It was a great location for for checking out downtown and walking around. The apartment was perfect for us! A very nicely appointed apartment and great downtown location. Easily walkable to the downtown area that has many restaurants and bar options. Trail Life Brewing was a great find! Read the detailed check in information, I assumed the access code I was provided is all I needed, but there’s a process to get a key to access the building prior to the code for the loft door. Not a big deal and nice to have a secure building. Would certainly stay again.

Perfect location!
Stayed in this historic condo for a bike ride in Palisade and with my family in GJ. The condo is in a great location downtown, close to all the Main Street restaurants. It is clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed for the weekend. I was a little nervous about noise given the location near the Feisty Pint, but it was not overly noisy and did not interfere with our slumber. Will plan to stay again!

Downtown Grand Junction Loft
Clean, well equipped apartment in downtown Grand Junction. One block off main street, close to shops and restaurants. Easy access. Above Feisty Pint Pub, but noise is minimal. Plenty of clean towels, Keurig coffee maker. Only downsides: no terrace or deck, and not a decent corkscrew in the place. Bring your own.

Our family of 4 needed a one night stop traveling from Grand Junction to Moab. This place was perfect! It had plenty of room, much better than a hotel room. We were able to walk to downtown Grand Junction from the apartment. The check in and check out process was easy.
