The room was NOT at all what I expected looking at the photos. Bed was terrible. Room was noisy. Could hear people in the rooms & hallway. Asked to checkout early but wasn’t given a refund.

WARNING!!
PLEASE IF YOU SEE THIS REVIEW DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hotel needs to reported. 100% a homeless encampment. People are living there and the hotel is a scam. I PRE PAID for a room there and they gave it to someone else! They showed me paperwork with my FULL NAME AND DOB all over it signed by SOMEONE ELSE. They let the stranger who got a FREE room paid by ME stay in it. This took forever for the person checking me in to figure out too?? He tried telling me I already checked in?!!! So once figured out they tried offering me another room and I could not even fathom staying there any longer after standing in the lobby for a good half hour visualizing the people staying there. They would all stand right outside of the building right next to the entrance and chain smoke cigarettes. So fair warning you’re gonna choke while entering the building. Everyone coming in and out was 100% on drugs or homeless. A lot of them had dogs/puppies as well? It smelt terrible, and overall felt incredibly unsafe! I was very surprised by this considering where it is located in GJ. I had no idea what I just got myself into. Was caught very off guard. Got myself into a different hotel instead for the night. If I could give this place a -100/10 I WOULD!

This hotel was awful. It was dirty. I had to pull the lady from outside, smoking cigarettes to get me signed in. I only stayed for about an hour kids running up and down the halls dogs everywhere it was just unbelievably horrible.

THANKS CLAYTIF
Claytif has Amazing Customer services he made sure my husband was able to check in later passed 12 A.m considering that my husband is a truck driver we can never assume what are actual check-in time will be but claylif told us he will work with us the best he can as long as my husband checks out at 11a.m we will be fine. Claytif really should be recognize for his great efforts and his wonderful customer service skills I just want Claytif to know that h&t Logistics appreciates everything he's done and I hope this company appreciates him just as much as we do thanks Claytif you Rock 🎉

My room was very dirty. The bed had blood on the mattress, the floor looked like it had not been swept at all, the bathroom wall had what looked like lipstick on it and the shower was far from clean. I was given a room by the stairwell and could hear ppl coming up and down it all night long. There were ppl hanging out smoking in front of the door and the side door that was by my room. They were smoking pot as well.

Don’t stay here, unclean.
The room was absolutely disgusting. The bedding was dirty and didn’t seem like it had been changed. The floor was gross there were fries and a dirty sock. The fridge was a mess and there was a half drank soda still in there from the previous person. It smelled horrible. If it hadn’t been the middle of the night we would have gone somewhere else.

There are leople living here and it is never quiet. Loud music. Loud people. Literally from 1:30AM-3:30AM the person above us was moving furniture around. Someone else had a huge stereo system connected to a video game that they were playing beginning at 1AM. Children crying and playing at 11pm. Cigarette burns in the sink. Dirty light switches. Trash under the bed. Double bed?!? Not a queen. Microfiber sheets that were hot as hell. The list goes on and on. DON'T STAY HERE OF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO SLEEP!

On our arrival we waited 15 minutes before a staff member came to the front desk to check us in. We had a four day stay and our room was not cleaned even once, when we requested new towels we were told to bring our old towels to the front desk first. Our bed ‘ supposedly ‘ a double was a simple pull out and probably was a double but it was a fold up bed with a very thin and worn mattress. We will NEVER stay here again!

The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes, and the people staying there were so loud and were slamming doors constantly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But I wouldn’t stay there again.

Booked a room with 2 beds and got confirmation from Expedia. When I arrived and checked in and went to room there was only 1 bed. Went back to desk and they said expedia only indicated I wanted a 1 bed room. I left and went to the Candlewood Suites. Upon leaving the gentlemen behind the desk said that Expedia would contact them about room. Expedia did contact them and they said no problem with reservations, must have been someone else answering the phone. I had to go to credit card company to try to get my money back. Not happy with expedia or Woodspring Suites!!

I’ve never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have a coffee maker! There wasn’t any breakfast option, no pool or hot tub, and the room looked like it had been recently gutted and hurriedly put back together again. It had been cleaned but was not clean. At least the full sized bed was comfortable and the front desk guy was pleasant!

Needs improvement.
Hotel was reasonably priced but cleanliness was not acceptable. Lots of pet hair in the room, under the bed. Bathroom was not clean, requested cleanings 3 times and no one showed. Stayed 3 weeks for business. It would be smart to keep floors separate for residence with animals vs non. Passageways had animal feces not regularly moped. Stairways had animal feces and stairs had lots of filth. Staff were friendly.

This place is horrible! UNSAFE for a lone female traveler. Most of the residents there are smoking/taking drugs. The inside of this place smelled of weed, body odor, animal pee, and an unknown but very obvious illicit drug smell. Better yet? There's a hidden NO REFUND POLICY!!! STAY AWAY. Wasted 500 dollars and still refused to stay for the week it was so bad.

Horrible experiance definatly would not recommend
Charged my credit card and then cancled my reservation at 2 pm when check in was not until 3 pm. Never recieved a notice that the reservation was cancled. Called 2 days before and confirmed and then on the way. Showed up later that night and the window was closed down, locked and the attendant was sleep in the back, had to use the house phone to wake him up and he didnt want to help at all. Only said we didnt have a room as they cancled it at 2 pm that day. Told hin my card was charged and he arrgued with me that it was not. He then came an opened the window looked up the reservtaion and say nope we cancled your room and we are full so dont know what to tell you, then shut the window and we left to find another place to stay. We had just drove 11 hours for a family emergency and just wanted to get to our room. Lets just say as soon as you pulled into the parking lot it was not inviting nor felt safe. We ended up going across the street to another hotel and they were very hospitible and they were able to get us a room for our stay. I will be giving them a reivew as they actully cared and were willig to help with the inconvient situation.

Seems like this property is used mostly as long-term housing for folks. That’s fine if you just use it as that; not so fine if you are charging $150/night and the hotel is gross and really loud.

The room was filthy, luckily we only stayed one night. Room was not clean, dog poop under one of the beds. Didn’t sleep very good knowing it wasn’t clean. Fridge wasn’t clean, hole in the bathroom door. Beds and pillow were uncomfortable. Place overall was completely disgusting. Never again and wouldn’t recommend the stay for anyone.

Budget hotel
Lots of people who live there full time, felt more like an apartment building than a hotel. There is a full kitchen but no supplies such as plates, utensils or even a coffee pot or some way to get hit water.

I didnt like one single thing about my stay here. When I checked in the room there was animal hair all over the table, bedding, chairs, floors, bathroom. It looked as if they didnt clean the room at all. I told the desk and they just offered cleaning supplies and new bedding. So i got new bedding but again the bedding was covered in animal hair. They must throw a dog in the washer and dryer while washing their linens. It was terrible. I was there for 6 days worst hotel ever. At 8am there was never anybody at the front desk. I dont recommend this hotel at all. The only nice thing about being there was leaving that place. City Market and Starbucks was close thank god. They dont offer breakfast or anything. It is really dingy and unwelcoming hotel
