I almost hate to write this review because it'll make this property more popular and harder for me to book in the future. We've stayed at countless VRBO's and this, by far, was the the best. Sometimes it's the owner; sometimes it's the management company. This time it was both. Excellent property and excellent management.

Great place for a small group. The location was amazing being right in town but it felt secluded being right on the river. It was comfortable and well stocked except that there was no foil, plastic wrap or baggies or basics like olive oil, sugar, etc. or I would have given it a 5. Also, the outdoor heaters did not work. It was clean except some dust in various areas like the towel and toilet paper racks and some mouse droppings under the sink.Overall, it was very nice. The patio with the firepits were great.

Fantastic property in excellent private location within walking distance to town and lake.This beautifully appointed home on the North inlet has been tastefully renovated with an amazing kitchen which is fully stocked with everything one needs. The living area and spacious dining room are cozy and comfortable. It would be even nicer if the original fireplace could be converted to a working gas FP. The 4 twin beds also have a couple of extra mattresses under the beds to accommodate even more people. The two King suites provide private retreats for adults.The best features are the outdoor spaces where two separate gas fire pits and ample seating on the covered wraparound porch offer warmth on cooler days & evenings.This home is definitely 5 stars and we will return.
