Clean, quiet, and comfortable...and with a wonderful view, too! Perfect for our needs as we visited RMNP. We never needed to reach out to our hosts as directions and communications were clear and concise. Enjoyed our relaxing stay!

Very nice but it was 82 degrees and we discovered we couldn’t use the pool. Owners only!That doesn’t make sense and very disappointing. Plus the BBQ grill was in the pool area.This needs to change.Great location.

We had a nice stay at your condo. Great views and access to use our kayaks and paddle boards. One suggestion to replace the double bunk bed mattress. It was not comfortable, feels like an hard board. Otherwise, we had all the amenities we needed.

Great location! On the water..walked to shore to fish w kids & 2 min drive to town. Condo was plenty big for 5 of us. It was a little dated but overall a great stay!

Condo was clean, great location and plenty of amenities. Property mgr was very hospitable and friendly, and check-in was super convenient and easy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Decor was a little 1980"s but everything was very clean and King bed was very comfortable The view was spectacular! Worth the amount we paid!

Perfect location for RMNP!

We loved our stay here. The host was great at communicating and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The place looks just as described. The lake is gorgeous and coffee on the deck with the view was amazing. The state park entrance is a couple miles from the condo and there is a gorgeous waterfall near the lake if you’re up for a short hike! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Grand Lake home

We were there for a 5 day family reunion. It easily accommodated our large group of 21 people. The home was clean, comfortable, extremely well equipped, and right on the water with beautiful views.

Great space & easy to get in & out of. Quick drive into Grand Lake & Great access to Rocky Mountain National Park. We could see fireworks over grand lake from the condo’s balcony.

The pictures did not lie. First trip to Grand Lake. Fairly close to downtown, but quiet enough to feel removed from it when we felt like it. Easy access to a variety of hiking trails in RMNP. We would definitely return to this spot!

Great view plus spacious

We love this complex it’s our second time to stay. Condo had everything for a home away from home. Loved watching the snowmobiles come and go on Shadow Lake and of course the mountain view’s are awesome. Book now you can’t go wrong with this condo.

August GL visit

Great stay at this property. Nice accommodations and good location. Upon check-in we noted towels and bedsheets have not been changed. The owner was horrified with this and immediately contacted the cleaning service and it was rectified within an hour. Great recovery! Great stay!
