「This house was perfect for my group of 6 adults and 4 teenagers. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids had lots of space to sleep and play on the first level. Very spacious and nicely laid out. The views of the lake and mountains were breathtaking. The location is very convenient to the town. The owners were easy to reach. I only wish we could have stayed longer, but our plans only kept us in Grand Lake for 2 days. I was sorry to leave!」

「Our family vacation was extremely enjoyable at this luxurious house. It was just beautiful. Not only did we enjoy drinking coffee on the patio in the morning, but we also loved the fire pit and hot tub each evening. The house was very well equipped and clean. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the Shuffle Board and Foosball Table. Not only that, but cousins were able to bunk together in their secret hideaway.」

「We had a bit of trouble finding our cottage... the address was correct, however, the location was initially consusing. Once we settled in, the cottage was secluded and relaxing. Access to main street was excellent, and we took multiple relaxed breaks on the porch looking into a garden courtyard. The room was well-equiped and well planned. 「Nice location and accommodation. Was disapointed that there wasn't a functioning oven rack or a cookie sheet for bakeware. Many of our planned meals and groceries included the need for an oven. 「Amazing stay! Perfect location! Parked our truck Friday and didn’t use it again until we left Monday. You can ride to all the trails easily and 25 minute bike ride to Winter Park. Walk around the corner to an awesome brewery, doesn’t get much better than this little house. House is spotless, organized, has everything you need including a very comfy bed. Definitely treat yourself to a good sweat in the sauna! Thomas was great and super helpful! Can’t wait to return! 」

「Very nice home in Fraser. A 2 minute walk to the Purple line bus stop. A 10ish minute drive by car to skier drop off at Winter Park. h Very close to the Safeway. This home was perfect for our stay. Two adult couples and one single adult. It would work well for families with younger children, as one bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed. Very cozy, well-appointed home. Would stay again!」
