“The photos online were a compilation of multiple units, not of just the one you're getting. So you don't quite know what the layout is that you're getting until arrival. It was a lovely place to stay with a stocked kitchen, coffee and tea with the necessary filters were provided for. The wood burning stove was a fun treat. ”

“People were nice, pool and hot tub were great. Location was super pretty. Not a world class stay with ultra fancy amenities, but for the money, it's like a 9 out of 10. ”

“Beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and so convenient to walk around Grand Marais. The family loved the hot chocolate and coffee bar in the lobby, and the deep-seated soaking tub in the bathroom. The staff was very nice and welcoming; we'd love to come back!”

“Short walk to a slope, depending on which end of the property you're at. Otherwise the on demand shuttle service takes you to the base area. ”

“Very much appreciated the host’s quick response when we were lost and unable to find the cabin. It was cozy and we like small cabins, but a car boy of potable water and a sink with a bucket to collect wash water would have been helpful. Also, the path to the outhouse was submerged under a few inches of water - maybe some wood chips would be helpful? We constructed a bridge with rocks and wood blocks just to get to the outhouse.”
