“I just stayed at this hotel while attending a conference. It was clean, and had a very comfortable bed. Also, this may seem frivolous, but the water pressure was great: I was able to shower a lot faster here. The staff were the best. If you want elegance, this ain't it. If you want a comfortable, affordable, clean place with people that treat you like you matter, this is definitely it. Final note: this hotel is 0.6 miles from the front door of the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center,……

“Staff was very helpful and friendly! Location was very convenient for getting around. unfortunately the breakfast was terrible, soggy eggs, stale bread, the juice machine was malfunctioning. The room was DIRTY. There were long hair on the sheets in the bed before anyone slept in it. The carpet was so dirty my socks turned black right away. The surface by the sink in the bathroom was sticky. Gross”

“Booked 2 nights, 1 night on the way to my destination and another night 4 days later. The ev charger was broken the first night and no surprise it still wasn’t fixed 4 days later on my return. Was ready to plug in and go to bed but instead I had to head out to find a fast charger. It says a lot about how they run things here. Absolutely no urgency to get it fixed and ev charger available is still on their website. The hospitality industry isn’t what it used to be. The night clerk couldn’t have……

“All met expectations”

“They do not make the beds if you stay more than one night.”

“It was a clean comfortable room if you don't mind a little bit retro looking. Placed close by to Opryland it was perfect for our stay”

“The room was clean but water smelled like chlorine and was able to move. But the water was still tasting like chlorine. I did enjoyed the staff Jerome. He was very kind. I enjoyed the room.”

“The doors to the rooms are exterior doors with no insulation. There are restaurants with live music 50 yards away that are loud. The music plays until 2am. The dumpsters for said restaurants are emptied at 5am. The food delivery trucks show up at 6am and offload for 30 minutes. I didn’t get any sleep. Hot water was intermittent. Breakfast is okay. Standard free breakfast options. The refrigerator is good-sized and was useful. Unfortunately, there are no grocery stores within walking distance.……

“The stay was good .The room was clean . They could use a little update on bathroom floor and trim .But overall was a nice place to stay and convient to Opryland”

“Having multiple bars and restaurants with live music in the same place, within a minute walk, made the experience great.”

“So beautifully unique. Boutique full of beauty. Details thoughtful-snacks, waters, coffee etc. Walkable to cute restaurants, liquor store, entertainment away from the crowds as needed. Ubers to strip are expensive!”

“Clean and comfortable”
