「Updated with nice bedding. Microwave and fridge. Nice, cold air-conditioning. Nice lobby. Tub was a bit older but efforts to remodel room were nice overall. 」

「Great hotel staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job in tending to the rooms every day. It’s a great location to stay if you are in town playing at Grand Park for any sporting event. The diamonds were about 12 minutes away by car. There is also a Starbucks right across the street if you need your morning coffee fix. 」

「Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!」
