"Rooms were nice and roomy, beds were comfortable little outdated but place is being renovated. Room was hot but cooled off half hour into getting into room. Bathroom was little small and shower head wasn't able to be adjusted for adequate water output. Over all we were able to rest for the night. Place was quiet even being next to the highway. "

"Walking in there were several estranged guests, one of whom was behind the counter complaining about his car being stolen from the parking lot. The woman at the front desk was trying her best but was undoubtedly overwhelmed and had no help. The single elevator they have was extremely slow. The room was dated and needed re-caulking and maybe new shower tiling because it has broken sections. The lighting was maybe the worst part. Cold bright lights that make me feel like I’m in a hospital. Disappointing as Hilton is usually not too bad. "

"The staff I interacted with were warm, welcoming and acted like they truly enjoyed their job! The breakfast was good, pretty much the standard breakfast available at most hotels. "

"The water pressure was horrible. The beds were ok the thermostat was governed to a low of 67 the new was nice of a pond with ducks. The breakfast was not good as the food was cold and ate once for the week stay there. Room service cleaned every other day and forgot one day. The hotel remained packed with guests. Would not stay here in the future I would pay for nicer accommodations elsewhere. "

"Basic room - relatively clean. AC unit a little noisy. Staff were very friendly. Parking is convenient."

"Im never using hotels.com again! Worst experience of my life! There was a huy pimping out a girl. It was not safe at all! I tried to cancel and the guy at the hotel told me i could and only be charged for one night, but i had to contact hotels.com. so i did. And hotels.com said they were unable to cancel! There was no way i couldve stayed there with my children. Never booking with hotels.com again!!!"
