"ROOM: in general, bed, bath and kitchen were very clean. The exception was the dishwasher it was smelly and didn't clean dishes very well. Lighting in living area was dim even with all lights on. STAFF: Very efficient, friendly and responsive. Great ocean front view. Laundry room available on each floor."

"The room we were in was not facing the ocean. It did have a sliding glass balcony door with a screen for fresh air. The room was clean, it was handicap accessible and had shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the shower. The hotel staff was very nice and asked if we needed anything."

"We stayed at Park Pace Hotel just before the tourist season started. The property is bright and cheerful and well maintained. The room was lovely, clean and well appointed. We had a balcony room overlooking the beach and boardwalk. The staff was welcoming and cheerful. We especially appreciated the wonderful towel animals that had been laid out in our room. We had a wonderful stay and will stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"This is an older property that could use a few minor repairs but overall is still in good shape and is kept clean by attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special but saved us time and money going out somewhere else. The cookies in the evening are a nice touch and tasty! They were replacing several noisy AC units while we were there so they are making some upgrades. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful."
