「Clean facility and helpful staff. Upon entering my room, I noticed a terrible smell coming from the Univent blower (mechanical, oily smell -- perhaps due to recent maintenance??). I asked the desk clerk if I could move rooms. She called her manager to share my concerns, but did not have another vacant room. They tried an ozone cleaning machine in the room, to no avail. They were eventually able to move me to another room due to a late cancellation. I appreciate the desk clerk working with me to...

「Stayed at this site when it was a Fairfield hotel many times. Now with no coffee maker in the room and No Hot Tub available, we do not plan to stay here again in the future.so sad, it has lost its charm!!」

「Great location if you're staying on "that side" of TC. TC traffic is a mess, so plan your stay appropriately. This courtyard was super clean and great amenities. La Seniorita is a northern mi legendary restaurant and the last one is in the parking lot of this courtyard! Also, Sam's club is next door too. Starbucks is inside this courtyard and breakfast is available. No free coffee and complimentary breakfast. Awesome place to stay!」
