“Great property for a large group that wants to be downtown. With people in 4 units we all were able to have some privacy but since we had the entire upstairs we were able to leave the unit doors open so people could wander in and out. Except for the studio, all the units have good size living areas for gathering. We have been working on coordinating this get together for over year and host Joseph was helpful and responded promptly throughout the process. We did not have any issues at check……

“Super clean and well appointed. Has everything you need for the stay and to cook on site. I spend about half my time on the road for work, and stay at many short term rentals and hotels… this one stood out for thoughtfulness and attention to details. We had a few hiccups with Ev charging, but all was sorted in the end. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Minimalist and good location. Awesome spot for anyone playing in the softball tournaments.”

“We loved everything about our stay! The house was a perfect location to downtown and the local beaches. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Great location, clean inside, easy access to downtown amenities. The only problem is the plumbing. This unit is a basement unit, and there is a drain pipe (in the enclosed) laundry area. The drain pipe feeds the 2 units above, and every time a toilet flushes, water runs, shower, etc....you can hear it in the unit. It was tolerable during the evening, when we were awake. However, it woke me up in the middle of the night, I thought water was flooding into the space. Only to realize it was water……

“First, the location is fantastic! We were able to walk to a lot of fun places (meals, beach, shopping, etc.)Spatially, the apartment is great! We are a family of 5 - kid ages 15, 12 & 10.With a few tweaks I feel like the property could be great. Many light bulbs were burned out (main kitchen light, can light in second bedroom & fan light in hallway. The light fixtures did not seem to be anchored to the ceiling - totally aesthetic, but would make it appear better kept. There were knobs missing……

“We had no idea what a lovely place Traverse City is. The accommodations were well appointed, the waterfront lovely, and places to see and things to do were plentiful. Can’t wait to return!!!”

“Location was great - walkable to the town and beach. Units were clean and spacious. Joe was very communicative and responsive. Did not realize there was not a stove or oven (and we brought food to cook). It might have been indicated in the description but not prominently enough that we recognized it. Also - for the cost of the unit (over 4th of July) should have included a parking code for the nearby garage - it was also expensive to park. But with those two caveats, would recommend the……

“Very clean and exactly as described. The perfect size for our family of 4. About a mile walk to the center of Traverse City with plenty of restaurants even closer.”

“Not much to it, but great spot”

“Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Perfect location. Will definitely stay here again”
