You can bring your own boat and park it at our stock just outside the back of our building or rent a new pontoon from the pontoon rental booth next door at the neighboring Hotel. These lofts are on the upper level with TC's iconic Peace, Love, & Donuts shop right downstairs, Zest Plant Based Food, Takeover Barber Shop, and Magnolia Boutique. Of the four separate lofts the 3 bedroom/1 bath loft with a large living room has a 65" Smart TV (each bedroom has smart TV as well except bunk bed room) as well as views over looking the West Bay and Boardman River. This unit sleeps 7 people in beds as there is a King, Queen, & Full/Twin bunk bed not to mention the nice new wide wrap around couch that could technically sleep one or two more if needed. RheeThis unit also has a large kitchen with its own coffee pot sitting on granite countertops, has all new stainless steal appliances, and gold fixtures/handles and comes stocked with all you would need to cook a family dinner or to warm up left overs with a just a few friends. This 3 bedroom lofts bathroom has beautiful tile work and has a custom made vanity and stand up shower with floor to ceiling glass not to mention a bidet toilet as well!
The 2 bedroom/1 bath loft at the opposite end of the hall from the 3 bedroom loft comes with a nice round dining room table that sits in front of a large bay window that over looks the West Bay & Boardman River. The dinning room is just off the luxury kitchen and adjacent to one of the nicest bedrooms as it too has a large bay window looking out into the bay and river. The large kitchen also has granite countertops, stainless steal appliances, and gold fixtures/handles and comes stocked with all cooking utensils, plates, cups/bowls, pots/pans & coffee pot. The living room in this 2 bedroom loft has a 55" Smart TV and pull out sofa bed. The 1 bedroom/1 bath loft with wrap around couch has pull out sofa bed you can sleep extra guests on or you can sit on and watch the 65" smart TV or look right out into the bay and the adjacent and only bedroom also having a large bay window looking out into the west bay and a smart TV as well. The large open concept kitchen also has granite countertops, stainless steal appliances, and gold fixtures/handles and comes stocked with everything the other kitchens do as well. This bathroom is a lot like the others with even more custom tile work in the shower, floor to ceiling glass shower, and custom made vanity and bidet toilet. Behind the wrap around sofa bed couch is a small high top table so you can have a bite to eat looking out into the bay.
Studio Loft/1 bath unit that is a lot like the others minus the bedrooms and isnt on the water side of the building so it over looks Front Street down below and you can see right across the street at the Little Fleet restaurant. This unit has a nice large king size bed and smart TV. The kitchen is a bit smaller and has everything the others do except for a stove and the fridge is just a tad smaller. This bathroom is a bit smaller than the rest too but a lot like the others with the custom stand up tiled shower and glass door floor to ceiling, and custom made vanity.
It’s hard to find many places on the water that are right on Front Street in the heart of everything downtown TC that also has these great views of the water in West Grand Traverse Bay that can sleep up to 20 people comfortably and not have any worries of being to crowded. Not to mention these loft’s all have beautiful kitchen designs that utilizes high-quality cabinets, granite countertops, modern stainless steal appliances, proper lighting, and even gold fixtures for a beautiful interior design in all of the units. Almost every room has its own separate ductless mini splits HVAC systems for a perfect temperature no matter what time of year. Our bathrooms not only have subway tiles and glass shower doors but all come fully stocked with new clean linens as well as complimentary 2oz Essence body wash, shampoo, and lotion. We have a common area laundry room with dual washer and dryer stackable's for those who need to wash up during their stay. Don’t forget to ask about booking one or two of our new pontoon rentals parked just out back on our boat dock, yes that’s right we have pontoon rentals parked around back on the Boardman River that is right at the mouth of the West Bay just out our back door! This location can’t be beat for downtown TC with about a hundred bars & restaurants within a short few minute walk down Front St and just a couple minutes walk from Clinch Park Beach. Once you see this unique loft you won’t want to stay a few doors down at one of the Hotels anymore as you can have your whole group all stay in the same space and for cheaper than booking multiple rooms usually. Have a smaller group coming for work during the week? Ask about booking these units separately Sun-Wed. During the prime months of summer these 4 lofts can be rented separately as the weekends are reserved for larger groups of 15-20 people who want their own spaces but want to be with everyone at the same location.
