「We liked the property, but of the 3 days that our room should have been cleaned, only once was it done without us asking. And one day they didn't do it at all. Aside from the manager who was extremely nice and professional, the staff lacked follow through and attention to detail. One time they failed to make a dinner reservation for us at their own restaurant. Small requests of ours were overlooked, which was disappointing and kind of annoying at this price point. They should do better.」
