However, Whalid/Waheem was fantastic in taking over from the staff member I was dealing with before and being extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I think the whole reception front desk would crumble without his dedication to his job and being so good at it. When confronted horrible reception woman, she said (1) i booked single room (my booking is for Superior Single Room). (2) no rooms available tonight. Showed her my booking.
