「This was a beautiful, well equipped condo in what has become our favorite building in Breck. The condo is steps away from town, on the town transport line to get to the gondola (stop is right outside the front door), and has a helpful front desk to answer any questions about Breckenridge (and take your skis or board to store in a locker). 「We had three great days at Lakeside. Keystone and Breckenridge were easy trips with lots of shopping and food choices. Felt we were hidden away but everything was really close. Highly recommend Last Chance Pizza. Very friendly and the veggie pizza was delicious. Also recommend Dillon’s Adam Brewery in Dillion for the bison burger and the Hefeweizen. Erik’s in Breckenridge for their salads and Erik’s wings.」

「Property was cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Easy check in process and great communication from rental agency. Upon arrival property was not well cleaned. Ceiling fans were covered with thick dust we cleaned them. Some dishes were dirty in cabinet. Some towels appeared stained. Overall nice place. Hot tub was amazing and used it everyday after skiing. Listing stated grill but there was no grill. Bus transportation to Mountain house and back had long waits. Overall would stay again.」

「We had a great weekend getaway with friends at Sawmill Creek at the end of the ski season. It would be nice if the cancellation terms were a little more flexible (non refundable starting 2 weeks prior) but it was a great deal with nice space and amenities. It’s a great location with an easy walk to the gondola @ 10 min with ski gear and Main Street. We look forward to staying there again.」

「First time that we've stayed off mountain in Summit County for a family ski trip and it was fantastic! Very centrally located to Keyston, Breckenridge, Vail, and Beaver Creek (among others if you prefer IKON resorts). The unit was spacious and clean, super easy to book, check-in, and check-out. This was a family guys trip, brothers and sons. Plenty of room for four grown men and their gear. We will definitely consider staying here again next year! Thanks for a great vacation!!!」

「We had a great stay for a ski trip. It’s a convenient location to either drive to the mountains or take the buses that frequent a stop right across from the condo. There was plenty of room for this family of 4, and seems like 6-7 could stay rather comfortably. We’ll plan to book again if we come back to Keystone.」

The property itself was great, pool was fun and warm. We even got to experience an elk close up, from a safe distance as he mingled around the property.
