“Clean, everything you need.”

“We really enjoyed this bed and breakfast! The innskepper was lovely and had so much interesting information about the area to share.”

“Location was perfect, set in the middle of downtown Newaygo. Easy access to parks, trails, and the river. Place was absolutely adorable and very clean. Lots of nice touches within. Host was very easy to work with, reasonable rules and asks (we've all had a rental with a mile of rules and asks... this wasn't like that). Definitely enjoyed and would return if heading to that area.”

“Thank you the amazing experience. We had a great time. Amazing communication, clean home, lots of room.”

“Immaculate property. Absolutely wonderful, I plan to book again. My only complaints are: host is unwilling to move check in/check out times, both of which are downright silly. Check in is 5pm (ouch) and check out is 10 am (ouch). That sucks kind of a lot when you’re trying to have a relaxing vacation. I also felt disconnected from the host, it’s a very corporate kind of “automated message system” sort of communication with them. I’ve had hosts in the past message me directly, interfacing with me……

“This is a great place to stay. Worked perfectly for working in the area. Definitely plan to stay again. Cabin was clean, food nearby, everything was there that we needed. Coffee and filters was in the cupboard which was also nice. Great place on the river. Beautiful view.”

“Excellent friendly and informative host staff.”

“It was perfect for our girls weekend, especially with the pontoon rental! Great gathering space and kitchen?”

“Nice quaint little duplex cottage. We had Ana amazing time and would recommend this for any anyone.”

“Cabin was run down, dry wall mud and holes covered, not sanded and repainted. Doors were filthy, walls were dirty and marked up everywhere. Pieces of the doors were missing. No smoke detectors. Shower drain plugged. The entire place needs A LOT of TLC. No A/C. Did not catch any fish in the "stocked" lake. Definitely not worth what we paid for 3 nights. Super disappointed. Would not go back. This was supposed to be a nice family weekend getaway and we ended up leaving early because of how run……

“Beautiful spacious home. Wonderful for a large group.”

“The home was very clean, however the internet was out and had been for at least week prior and there was no communication telling us that until we were checked in. The reason the internet is important is because it is the only way the television worked. In addition, the service for our cell phones was very poor and no Wi-Fi made it impossible to get a signal. Unfortunately, it rained and was cold all day on Tuesday. Before we left for the day my mom had me turn the heat on so when we got back……

“The hosts were great and very responsive! The property was beautiful and our suite was super nice and updated. We truly enjoyed the fire table to have a nice private fire with our friends and having a full kitchen was super nice too. Only downside was the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pullout was kinda small. ”

“The house was great for my extended family of 11. There are 2 refrigerators that make it easy to keep drinks cold too. The long boards were a plus for group water fun. The dock made it easy access for the boat we rented. The 2 living areas helped the grandkids have their own space to stay up late. Great fun!”

“Mark and Amy literally thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen with quality pots/pans, dishes, drink ware, appliances, etc… even a supply of basic spices, and olive oil. Unit is VERY clean and well organized. Property is still being developed, but is already awesome with 2 great fire pits, a nice grill, 4 campsites with utilities. We will only stay here when visiting family in the area going forward.”

“The studio was very nice but did not realize it was a unit of 3, and that it was a base camp. The walls are very thin in the unit, could hear the neighbors talking and their tv. Quiet during the day. Host was very attentive to all our needs.”
