“Beautiful building and room in the heart of newaygo. Absolutely beautiful and would love to stay here again.”

“Great place to stay while in Fremont.”

“We stayed for one night on the fourth floor. We had a room with a single King bed, it came with a small desk as well as a smart TV and mini fridge. The thermostat was a little finicky and either ran too hot or too cold so we ended up leaving it off for most of our stay. I tried out the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap and noticed that it really dried out my skin and hair. There were some small stains on our bedding and the chair but nothing crazy worth bringing up to the front desk.……

“Parking was good. The sofa in both rooms needs to be cleaned or replaced. The beds were comfortable. Nice bathroom. Good breakfast.”

“A little disappointing. It was marketed as a boutique hotel, but it was actually rather ordinary.”

“Only issue I had was kids in the room above jumping off the bed and running back and forth in the room. Contacted the front desk. It helped for about an hour then it started again. And this was after 11pm”

“The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel was very clean. Modern amenities. Only complaint is that our friend got a cut and was bleeding and the hotel staff said there were no bandaids or med kits on site. So we had to leave the hotel to purchase bandages”

“Upon entering the young lady at the desk was friendly and accomodating. It was obvious on the first floor that a remodel was in process but arriving on the 4th floor it was obvious the remodel had been completed. The hallway bright and sharp looking with new carpet. The room was emasculate and looked brand new. And the bathroom was the nicest I have ever experienced and had a walk in glass shower. This was the fifth hotel we have stayed at in the past two months attending our grandson's high……

“The outside doors were suppose to need key fobs to open, but the locks were broken. The door to my room was slightly off its hinge so I really had to yank and shove to open and close the door. The air/heat unit had burn marks where it plugged into the wall. The mattress base was to small for the mattress, so the mattress tilted off the bed when you sat on the edge. The old carpeting in the hall and room was musty and smelled of stale cigarette smoke even though it is a non smoking property. I……

“We had booked 7 rooms for a band having a show in Muskegon for 3 nights, One of the members got in their room to a made bed, but later discovered soiled toilet paper in the sheets. When she had called the front desk for help, they said they didn't have anyone to help but they could drop off new sheets.... Then another member had their toilet flood. The assistant GM was kind and tried to accommodate us while there and same with the GM, but the overall cleanliness of this place was very……
