「The property is beautiful but if it’s advertised as a beach front it would’ve been nice to know that we couldn’t swim or walk on said beach. Instead we had to book a car for $120 USD to take us to a beach that was 30 mins away. I asked for my room to be decorated for my 40th bday they said they would do it and didn’t! 「The worst experience I ever had traveling out the country. The resort was terrible. The food was terrible. They only gave you one plate per one plate breakfast lunch, and dinner and the food was horrible. Would not recommend. Do not go here. The pool was nasty and dirty and closed at 6 PM.」

「Everything was great , except it was a big let down about the ocean , could not swim in it at all water rolling in dirty and soooooo much seaweeds on sand and water. They should tell you about their hurricane season and there was no swimming anywhere in the ocean . 「It was not my idea of an all inclusive hotel. The food was cooked to order and if you wanted seconds you had to wait for it to be cooked. We arrived at the Hotel at 4:00pm after a 4 and a half hour flight and was told that there were no food to eat and dinner would not start until 7:00pm. We had to pay 3 US dollars a bottle for extra water for the room. The staff at dinner were amazing. The food was ok . We wind up eating off property several days」
