"It was very quiet and peaceful at night and during the day as well. It was nice to have a dishwasher in a cabin. We drove to Grayson Highlands and hiked 2 different days. We went the 2nd day to see the ponies! The hot tub was very relaxing. It was also nice to sit out on the porch on the rocking chairs. "With virtually nothing available in Wilkesboro for Floydfest we found this very nice cabin in Todd. 45 min to Wilkesboro but an easy ride and not a dealbreaker. Cabin was very nice, quiet with a nice view of the New River right across the street. Wish I had brought my fly rod!"

"This property was exactly as listed. It was very comfortable and cozy. Everything was super clean. The owner was also available if needed. The location was very good, and there was a cafe which served breakfast and lunch with a very welcoming staff. We would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"If you love peace and quiet, this cabin will be your happy spot. It's out of the way with its private slice of babbling creek, lush ferns, mosses, rocks, and birds. Very well appointed, clean as a whistle, and all wrapped in a wonderful porch. We ate lunch along the way at quaint 'Almost on the Lake' and did a simple pasta dinner and oatmeal breakfast for our one-day stay.
