In the district of Cerviano 1 km from the centre of Gravedona, 48 km from the centre of Como, 52 km from the centre of Lecco, in the residential district, 1 km from the lake. Bread roll service. 200 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Como" 48 km, pebble beach 2.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.1 km. Marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 23 km. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Chiesa Santa Maria del Tiglio-Gravedona, Lake como Adventure Park, Varenna, Bellagio. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Madesimo. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Livo-Crotto Dangri, Bodone-Alpe Motta, Alpe Paregna. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
3-room apartment 60 m2 on 2nd floor, south facing position. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Small balcony. Balcony furniture. Marvellous view of the lake and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed, 1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Super Lage mit herrlicher Sicht auf den See . Der zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen ist . An der Promenade sind tolle Bars, einladen und eine super leckere Neapolitanische Pizzeria . Die Gastgeber unserer Ferienwohnung war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles erklärt . Wir kommen gern wieder !!!
