All the staff were amazing, especially Krasamir who served us for breakfast and dinner every day. Food was excellent, rooms and facilities top notch, our party couldn't have been happier, thank you!」

「This was a ski trip, so I chose this hotel because it has in&out skiing. You literally walk out the back, and ski onto the run. A little trickier coming back at the end of the day. You have to take the lift (19 I think) above it, and then ski down a very steep run to get to the back of the hotel. That was asking a lot from my legs after hours of skiing. There might be an easier route, but i didn‘t ask. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. Room was great, the breakfast...
