“We booked Misha's Cottage and when we arrived it wasn't ready for us. I reached out to Misha and she was on it right away and quickly booked us into another of her properties nearby. Unfortunately, the new place had about 18 stairs and we had someone who couldn't do stairs, so we had to decline that. Misha worked very hard on trying to get the original place cleaned for us but as we had just traveled about 1100 miles by car we were not willing to wait and ended up getting a hotel room. I……
