「We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3」

「It was a great place to stay, its something new and different, when i stayed me and wife were the only 2 people checked in, we meet the owner of the property got a tour around the place, the garden area needs a little TLC on the path ways but we didnt mine this it was nice, the owner is extremely happy nice lady she was upbeat and chatting each time she saw us made sure we were okay and check if we needed anything. 「Lots of parking. Breakfast was very good ( I did ask for soya milk but they only had oat milk) other wise lots of choice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was suitable for a one night stopover, bed very comfortable. We were out in the rooms outside not in the main part. This is an old quaint countryside hotel this is what we wanted and liked. We didn't have an evening meal so can not comment on it. Other wise all in all would recommend.」
