“We booked babbling Brooke for a family break 4 adults and 2 children.Henry greeted us in arrival and was so helpful and lovely. He showed us round and explained how to use the hot tub. We were also left a little welcome pack of goodies. The barn it's self is outstanding, beautifully decorated and furnished. The woodfire hottub is lovely. If your looking for a peaceful break this is just perfect. We can't wait to go back”

“The property was clean, including the bedding and towels. Kitchen and bathroom were equipped with all we needed. Short walk into the city where for the many restaurants. Parking was a challenge. This we could not do as there was……

“Absolutely perfect placement for doing anything in Wolverhampton and very close to the station. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen facilties are modern and more than sufficient for a weekend or longer stay. Good shower pressure and the TV in the room I stayed with in had all the streaming apps. Good sense of space, no noise from the street (upstairs room). Would stay again. Great comms from owner/host before and throughout.”
