「Check in included lots of detail which was helpful but the photo of the keybox was incorrect which caused some confusion but the owner quickly helped resolve it.The only issue we faced was that having booked for 4 people there were only 2 towels provided.Other than that a great bolthole from which to explore the stunning city of Lyon.」

「Hello Be careful, I reserved and paid full amount on Expedia and it turns out the the host was not aware of it.I contacted the host because I did not get the message for keys and WiFi,they told me that they had nothing to do with it and It’s Expedia’s responsibility. I had to find a new place at the last minute. I just hope that I will get my refund」
