“I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The location was not ideal for exploring on foot, and to make matters worse, my room (209 on the 2nd floor) was incredibly noisy. Not only did the noise from traffic seep in through the windows, but it also infiltrated through the air ventilation system. Throughout the night, I had to endure various sources of disturbance, including the passing trains, loud trucks, live music from the bar, and an unusual machinery noise that even……

“Everything form the welcoming fresh water and cookies to the insane smell and cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are so beautiful, bed, pillow and covers were so comfortable. The shower was so beautiful, water pressure was perfect no conditioner but we survived. The free coffee, two bottles of water and beer was so welcoming….don’t drink Michelob but they gave us two free drinks for the bar and they were so good. Front desk personnel were the BEST I have ever dealt with very friendly and……
