“The room was clean and all the staff were very helpful. ”

“Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr klein und es gab wenig Auswahl. Der Toaster machte was er wollte und die Croissants war mini. Geschmeckt hat es aber war definitiv kein 5 Sterne Hotel Frühstück. Die Drinks an der Bar waren super. Auch das Personal auf der Rooftop Bar war sehr freundlich. Das Personal an der Rezeption, war stehts bemüht freundlich zu wirken... Die Zimmer waren von der Grösse her ok und passten zum Hotel Image. Frage mich nur warum alle Deluxe Zimmer genannt wurden. Darunter gab……

“I noticed how the host responds to any criticism, so I will not be specific. I will just say that it was one of worst places we ever stayed in Europe. Now, I know this is budget accommodation, no need to repeat it, I know that you provide air conditioning (most places do). I would just encourage you to travel and experience the standard of other budget locations. We run a small guest house in Italy and if we kept our place in those conditions we would be shut down and fined heavily.”

“The cleanliness of the rooms are excellent,the maids do a great job keeping things clean,the staff are very helpful and attentive,breakfasts are very good,the lady with blonde hair rani was really nice lady and would always be polite and courteous,she is a real asset to the hotel,overall my stay there was very good,thanks for your time in making my stay there a happy one.”

“The property is located in a residential area about 750 metres from the nearest metro station. The property is well maintained and the apartment was well supplied. The elevator is small allowing only one person at a time if you have 2 or more pieces of luggage and you have to climb more than 10 steps from street level to get there. There are grocery stores about 400 metres from the property. You can easily get to everywhere you want to go in Athens using the transportation system.”

“Door locks broken and can’t close any indoor doors”

“没有空调，换了其他四间都没有可以正常工作的空调，体验极差。虚假宣传，酒店设施条件与发布的描述严重不符，影响休息并且没有解决，投诉多次不予理会。”

“Very helpful staff during our 5 night stay. Great views from the room. Cleaners were great. Fresh towels everyday and bed linen offered if we wanted it. Lots of workers staying there so everyone wanting sleep ready for the next day which made it peaceful. ”

“Room and kitchen were good but the bathroom stayed wet all the time because the glass panel is in the wrong place maybe it’s not been fitted correctly so it’s hard to use the loo after you have showered The host was extremely supportive and helpful apart from the bathroom everything else is good ”

“The host was excellent and responsive and friendly but the apartment was dirty not in a good neighborhood, no WiFi, no HOT water so showering was like the ice challenge, sheets were dirty and stained. We used the airplane blankets. Do not recommend at all.”

“A wavy room floor that requires proper and immediate fixing otherwise visitors would get slipped over Curtain in one bathtub was not properly fixed and it got fallen over. Bathroom sewage was not good and bathroom floor got flooded easily after a few minutes’ bath. Customer service was unsatisfactory. Our request for assistance in tracing left behind luggage after check out was not handled properly. We had to go to speak to the guests who were staying in that apartment. Luckily the……
