One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. “The staff was amazing and very helpful. They moved our room after our first night because the people in the room above us were so loud we could hear everything. The rooms are nice but have some drawbacks: in order to have your windows open to get fresh air at night, the room is flooded with all the uplighting surrounding the hotel. The windows have wooden shutters inside which means in order to block out the light, you must close the windows and then close the wooden shutters. Either turn off……

“I have to get a particular shout out to a Front Desk clerk, who is perfectly kind and accommodating and efficient and absolutely confident. I should have made a note of her name, but if you go there, you’ll know who I mean. As for the rest, location is perfect we’re driving taking the free hotel to the beach as well as being right where you need to be to calm down endless flight of stairs to this wonderful restaurants right by the water. We had a truly fun day.but”
