「This was a mother / daughter trip to visit family in Colorado, so there were 7 of us and the house worked beautifully. Plenty of room, clean, neat and well appointed. The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend!! Only regret is that we never found time to use the firepit.」

「First, the house was exactly as advertised. Second, the bed in the primary was the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept on. (The other two beds looked great but I did not lie on them.) 「Great place! Very clean, spacious and well furnished. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with essentials. All 3 bedrooms were large; king beds super comfortable. Plenty of linens, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc. Location was perfect- very short walk to New Belgium Brewery and bit over a mile to Old Town. Neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of on street parking plus had use of the 2 car garage. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.」

「I couldnt have picked a better house for my family's 4 day stay. I had my family of 6 and my uncle's family with us. This house held us all comfortably with sooo much to do while we weren't out running around. The room full of board games was handy and the billiards in the garage were a good time too.
