「Great location in Windsor. Overall fairly clean. Not super small child friendly (unsecured tv and large mirrors, barn doors, lots of breakable trinkets). Older children would probably be fine. Communication with management company didn’t have a fast turnaround. No recycling. Management had to come into the home with only a few hours notice. There wasn’t much in the way of cleaning supplies. Overall it was a fine stay.」

The location was perfect—just a short walk to charming downtown shops and restaurants, as well as beautiful lake paths for a peaceful stroll. One standout feature was the refrigerator—it’s the largest I’ve ever seen! Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we’d definitely come back.」

「Beautiful new house! Immaculate. Tastefully decorated. My family of four was very comfortable with the four bedrooms, large comfortable beds, and two full bathrooms. The home is so roomy and can easily accommodate eight. I also liked having a garage for our rental SUV. Easy access to I-25. I will definitely try to stay in Cozy Chasm Cottage again next time I'm in Loveland.」

The location is close to Old Town and plenty of dining options. If you're driving anything larger than a mid size sedan, I'd recommend parking out front instead of in the assigned spot.」

「Fantastic location, beautiful property, well-furnished and appointed. Came to town to hang out with our student and wanted a little more space than a hotel room. This converted carriage house was perfect for our needs - walking distance to old town’s shops and restaurants, and close to campus and the Mason running trail. The spiral staircase to the bedrooms (and the downstairs bathroom) might make it a less great pick for anyone with mobility issues or small kids, but for us it was fabulous!」

「This is a stellar location in Fort Collins - quiet and safe but a short walk to everything you need or want in Old Town and beyond. Historic neighborhood, very pretty. Communication was a breeze and the unit had 2 split AC units keeping it nice and cool even in a heat wave. Easy recommendation if you want a taste of Fort Collins.」
