“Do no stay at this place. When we went into the room there was puss all over the toilet and puke in the tub! This was disgusting. The fridge froze all our food and the staff said “at least you got one that works”. This was absolutely unacceptable. Would NEVER EVER recommend this place.”

“The hotel is lovely, despite its downtown location. It was loud with lots of traffic outside, but the room was comfortable and clean. The hotel does not allow you to check in without a credit card, however, and does not have the option to pay a cash deposit. Every other hotel we've stayed in across Canada allows this (not everyone has credit cards). The front desk agent was rude when we asked about it, and even worse when I asked if she could call someone. She paged another department instead of……
