"The room didn't appear especially clean. There were stains on the comforter and a few on the sheets, but nothing that seemed new. Just permanently stained. Fan cover in the bathroom ceiling was missing and cracks in the ceiling. Air conditioner was working. Although the room did seem warm. Overall, it wasn't terrible just not completely updated."

"We cannot say enough about our stay on the riverfront cottage on Waccamaw river! Gale, our host, was super communicative, and provided us with all of the information and details we needed for the area, the house, and any and all gadgets and appliances. The house being fully stocked with linens, dishes, appliances, paper goods, etc made it so easy for us to focus on having a good time seeing Myrtle Beach all week. This house is perfect for the rural getaway feel with still being close to everything. The view alone is worth it! Hoping to stay next year for what will be our annual trip to see family in SC. "
