“Where do I start? I got there at 9:30pm expecting a clean room, first of all the key wasn’t working, after changing it, I got in and the smell of smoke… and I got a non smoking room! The TV wasn’t working, they were supposed to stand maintenance and they never got there, microwave was never cleaned, mirrors were disgusting, toilet and tub had mold, and the worst part….. there was dry blood behind the bathroom door.”
