「The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. When I checked in Thomas was working and he provided excellent customer service. He asked what floor we preferred, suggested a restaurant, and found me a spoon. The lady working the breakfast kept it stocked and asked if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again.」

「Location was superb. Room was large and clean. The shower was much better than average, with the strongest flow I've experienced in years. The lobby reflected the hotel's heritage. Price was on par for what was delivered. Biggest negative was no view from any window. This seemed like an issue for most rooms as there were tall buildings on either side of the hotel. In summary, I would stay here again.」

「After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater.」

「We stayed at a dive hotel the night prior to our stay at Microtel and I wish I had not relied on Expedia reviews at the prior stay and gone here first. Clean, just wish the fan could run all night and not kick on and off with the thermostat. 」

「in room 233 when we walked in it had a smell in it, that was coming from the bathroom. the toilet didn't have water in it. It smelled as if someone had used it and didn't flush. I peed and when i flushed there was no water in the toilet, but once I flushed the water came back. We did spray air freshener which ended up helping. The toilet did look a littler dirty. Other than that everything else was perfect 」
