All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.

As a pregnant woman who is high risk arriving to find I had to carry my 65lb bag up a very steep flight of stairs due to no working elevator was the beginning of the bad. The unit was filthy stains on everything rugs couches walls doors towels. I departed and left town a day early and have yet to receive my refund for the horrible stay. The neighborhood was sketchy and not ideal for any woman traveling alone. Oh and food left on the floor by the bed.
