"The staff was great, we came in from out town for a wedding and were able to get in our room early to rest before the busy evening ahead of us. The breakfast buffet was great, fully stocked and lots of a variety of items. Our room was clean and bed was super comfortable. "

"This hotel has the potential to be a great property. Unfortunately while we were there in May 2026 the hotel had just been sold and was changing management companies so things were lacking. The restaurant and bar were closed for renovation (but no work being done.) We were there three days and never saw a maid or a maid's cart anywhere. The pool was a little murky. The hallway carpets were sorely in need of replacement. The carpet in the room wasn't much better. But other than the carpet and the desk chair that needed to be replaced, the room was clean and satisfactory. The hotel is in a good location next to a mall with plenty of restaurants around (I recommend Anna's House for breakfast), about 15 minutes from the airport. The few staff that were there were outstanding and very helpful. After renovations are complete I would recommend this hotel."

"This was a suite hotel. It is a very bare bones hotel with no amenities. The room was clean. However, it would have been nice to have instructions on how to see thermostat and the TV. If you wanted anything itcost extra. There were also some people sleeping in there cars over night. "

"The room we got had torn carpet and we moved rooms and the same problem plus the toilet didn’t work, the lounge and outside patio were all closed plus the we didn’t get breakfast"

"Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is six years old but looked brand new. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It took about 5-minutes to realize that the parking garage is actually a public garage next door however it looks brand new as well. My only complaint is that the coffee maker in the room makes a poor very small cup of coffee. Sadly, it a machine that you see a big celebrity being their spokesperson for. Not a good coffee maker G.C. "

"The staff was friendly but no one was available to check us in when we arrived around 5:00pm. Had to wait about 10-15 minutes before the front desk person arrived. Cracks on the side entrance but there was a cone warning us. The molding in the bathroom needed an upgrade. The bed was nice and comfortable. The size of the room was good given that there were 2 queen beds. Neighbors were quiet. Slept well. The pool was good but no towels in the area. Had to go to the front desk after they said they would send it to the pool but never did. Overall it was ok but a lot different from our stay here a few years ago."
