- the pool is closed from November - March.
Pool can be heated in the fall and spring for $75 a day
-Pool servicing occurs prior to guest arrival. However during the fall especially, we may need to come by during to clean out leaves or blow off the area. We would ask first and you can request this as well.
- We strive to have everything fully functional for every guest. Sometimes things break and we are unable to have things repaired or replaced in time for the next guest. No refunds or discounts will be given for one or more items not being functional. This includes appliances, grill, electronics, pool equipment.
- We are located in a beautiful wooded surrounding and in the South. Yes, there are bugs. We have regular pest control service in place, and our cleaners pay special attention to areas that might attract bugs. Please note that no refunds or discounts will be provided if one or more bugs are found.
By confirming your reservation, you and your party agree that you have read and acknowledge our house rules. Violations result in cancellation with no refund.
