“Overall, the stay was pretty solid. The room could’ve been cleaned a little better — there were a few small things that made it feel like housekeeping may have rushed through (hairs, dirty dishes, dusty floors) but it wasn’t anything that completely ruined the experience. On the plus side, the room itself was very well equipped with everything i needed including a washer and dryer - which made the stay comfortable.

“Enjoyed my stay at the California Building. Central location, smooth check in, secure, clean and beautifully decorated. (only problem is parking is $$, due to location ) but loved everything!”

“The property itself was fine, had sufficient space inside & was convenient for my family while visiting NOLA. The biggest issue was the code to the room not working upon arrival. I had 4 young children with me in a very unfamiliar place. We had been traveling all day, and had to wait for customer service for over an hour. No accommodation, refund or apology was offered, and it was too late to fimd another room for a family of 6. I'm not too confident I would book this property again.”
