「Everything was great!」

「We go to branson 5+ times a year and this is by far the best room we have stayed at for the price of the room. The hotel was very quite. We had 2 children under 2 year old and it was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. The room was VERY clean. Hotel staff was welcoming. Breakfast was good and had a variety of different foods to choose from. The elevator made it convenient to carry luggage and two kids up to our room. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again. 」

「The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. 「We got to enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub this time. Last time only the indoor pool was open. We love the fact the bar has a patio over looking outdoor pool. Cant wait to come back. 」

「Everything was nice at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. The hotel was clean and fresh. Rooms was tidy and clean. I don't have any complaints at all. There was no noise at night. The beds were comfortable. The most enjoyable moment of all was the breakfast. Chris did an outstanding job being attentive during breakfast. 「Very nice hotel. They are doing some remodeling but our room was perfect. Outside of building is older but inside very modern. Comfy beds and pillows. Excellent breakfast but be prepared to walk outside to get to the room for breakfast. Excellent location to drive to attractions. Walking distance to a great meal and live entertainment. Good price and food. Retro style. The name is with something behave in it.」

「Staff was very pleasant. Nice to park right outside my door. Pet friendly. Average cleanliness for age of property. Some mold in shower. Water pressure was amazing. Room musty/humid even with A/C. Bed firm and not comfortable. Pillows uncomfortable. Thin blankets, no extras. Room lets in a lot of light even with block out curtains. Overall mostly quiet. 「We actually were moved to Ozark Valley Inn which they also own. Renee the manager was super. Good breakfast. Two complaints. They had great exercise equipment, but nobody must use it because it was full of cobwebs. And if you aren’t going to clean a room with a 3 night stay, provide more than one tiny waste basket or a place to empty it 」
