The ground floor features a cozy living room with a double sofa bed (130 cm) and a flat-screen satellite TV, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and four hot plates, allowing access to the garden. On the lower ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and an exit to the garden, along with a bathroom equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC. Ascending to the upper floor, there is another bedroom with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and an en suite bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. The second upper floor houses a double bedroom with sloping ceilings.
