The Villa

Casa al Monte is an ancient peasant residence located on the top of a hill, surrounded by olive and fruit trees. It is located 2.5 km from Panzano in Chianti, a village that offers all services: supermarket, post office, bank, restaurants, wine bars... Panzano is located 30 km from Florence and 30 km from Siena. The house, equipped with a large swimming pool and big spaces is suitable for welcoming groups, couples, families and friends.

The main structure has 4 bedrooms all with private bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen equipped with oven and microwave overlooking the living area, with fireplace and a bright and spacious dining room to enjoy the splendid view that surrounds it.

The FIFTH bedroom is located in the cozy dependance in the garden, also with private bathroom and tiny living room.

Outside the Villa you will find a large pergola with table and chairs for outdoor dining alongside the barbecue. The garden extends all around the house, outbuilding and swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and a ping-pong table.
