「Laat ik eerst beginnen met het positieve; prachtig gelegen oude boerderij temidden van wijngaarden en olijfbomen, zeer rustig met prima onderhouden heel klein zwembad . Terras met oude verschoten tafel en stoelen niet schoongemaakt. Parasol waarvan de voet niet genoeg was verzwaard en na windvlaag op het dak lag. 2 Barbecues waar as van vorige huurders in lag. Slechts 2 pannen en 1 koekenpan, incompleet servies een allegaartje. 3e slaapkamer in kelder zonder ramen. Wastafel liep niet af.」

「De woning ligt in een prachtig gebied op een mooie locatie. De woning zelf viel tegen vanwege de slechte staat (lekkages, schimmel in de badkamers). Ook zijn de matrassen erg oud, er zit duidelijk een ligprofiel in wat het oncomfortabel maakt. De keuken is oké, erg fijn dat er een vaatwasser en een ruime koelkast in zit.」
