“This is a lovely property. Nice and clean, well equipped and in beautiful grounds with lakes and wildlife. We enjoyed feeding the geese - and were allowed to see some baby chicks that had just hatched. Barbara was on hand to help with anything we needed, and had provided a leaflet with local things to do and takeaways that delivered to site. Excellent stay, we will no doubt be booking again.”

“The property was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend. The house we were in was ideal for us. The house itself was really nicely finished, there was tons of space and it was in a beautiful setting. My young daughter really enjoyed going out to say hello to the chickens in the morning.”

“The house was exactly as listed, very comfortable and unusually weĺl stocked with essentials. Our stay was during autumn half-term break and weather wasn't great but still plenty to do and the beach would be spectacular on a sunny day. Highly recommend.”

“We had a wonderful time. Very comfortable bed, lovely kitchen and shower room. Wonderfully clean. The meadow garden was lovely, overlooking fields. Outside is a gazebo, two large 6-person picnic benches, outside table & chairs and a sturdy bench. The Wifi was fast and reliable, making streaming Netflix on the large Smart TV effortless. The visitor book in full of wonderful praise for Sarah (the owner) and the cottage - and justifiable so too. Loved it!”

“Hi mablethorpe was lovely and it was a lovely weekend getaway, there were a few issues with property as we entered there was a strong smell of animal urine which i believe was coming from the rug in front room, i hoovered all through and mopped several times i rolled the rugs up and put them under one of the beds for duration of our stay, which is where i left them on leaving (as did not want to touch them again) as we entered bedroom a panel from the ceiling fell of (luckily not on us) and as……

“Love our stay, close to beach. Close to Mablethorpe. They even left us some goody’s like tea, coffee, surger, juice and biscuits. The owners where very quick at answering any question. Will definitely come again maybe next we will have a dog.”

“Great caravan on a nice quiet site. Good for dogs. Older caravan but perfect for what we wanted. Everything worked so no complaints. Have stayed in sister caravan on this site previously. Site has its on clubhouse that serve nice food and drinks and of course are very dog friendly. Close to beach and walk in to Mablethorpe. Would stay again.”

“The weather was lovely always helps, the cottage was in a great position for the dogs with the Sandilands walk to sea meaning we were only 10 mins away from the sea front. The cottage had everything needed, the conservatory was the best!”

“We didn’t even get to stay in the hotel waited 30minutes outside for them to tell us the people before damaged the property so we could not stay so they left a 18year old and 17 year old with no where to stay 3hours away from home so not the best visit if I say so myself and will not be going back ”

“Enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast was excellent although some fresh fruit would have been good Our room was next to the boiler or heating equipment which we heard all night it would cut in and out so would ask for a different room next time”
