- room cold, unable to regulate heat quick staff response by putting heater in room.
Noise levels unacceptable from beer keller two doors away playing loud muic until 2am.
Rang desk at 1.30am who informed me they don't usually stay open that late but their opening hrs state otherwise.
Kitchen extractor woke us at 7am that same morning. Windows not double glazed. Awful nights sleep.”

“Location was ideal for me as i needed to stay near family.
Although there is nothing near by apart from Starbucks, Costa, KFC 10 mins away.
The rooms were ok, bedding was clean Although underneath the beds was not.
I found not nice things in there, like chewing gum, cigarette papers, French fries.
I only used the rooms to sleep and shower.
The main issue for me was the window latches were missing or very loose and i did not feel safe while sleeping. The windows are not double glazed.

“Friendly staff and comfortable room in a great location, only blemish was the paper-thin flooring separating us from the guests directly above. When the footsteps stopped thumping, we could hear their conversation quite clearly. The restaurant gave us a good meal at a reasonable price and the front desk crew could not have been more welcoming.”
