“We found the noise from the nearby beach bar soo loud at night. We did not sleep well. We were informed that the bar is run by the MX cartell and not to discuss the issue. Would likely choose another place to stay due to this. The hotel iteslf is nice, location nice but the loud bars are not good for sleep.”

“The hotel was beautiful and clean and in a great location (central but in a quieter area). The staff were great and held our luggage while we were waiting for check in (and after we checked out) and let us enjoy the pool while we waited. ”

“Nothing can prepare you for the generous and welcoming hospitality of D88, Lalo, Elle and the staff; especially when an unexpected disturbance shuts the country down for 24 hours. Lalo opened the little cafe after hours and 8 individual rooms joined for an unexpected community evening of dinner and laughter. Disturbance aside, the hotel is lovely. “Great spot in great location. Check-in: at the Cigar shop downstairs/outside. Good hot/water pressure, good pillows, AC worked well, small fridge/freezer was handy, footwash station for sandy feet, free filtered water tap in common area, quiet after 11pm. No real view but close to everything and not up a big hill. Only downside was the TV didn’t work (turn on, but unable to access anything/channels/streaming without crashing), but you’re not there for that. For those with mobility issues,……
