「This formerly independent hotel was just purchased by a major name brand a few weeks before our stay, and they were right in the middle of the major makeover while we were there. The hotel is in desperate need of updates, deep cleaning, and repairs, which they were working on, but there was junk everywhere, doors, mattresses, & appliances lining the hallways & lobby, construction noise early in the mornings, etc. I get it, they're working on it, but our stay was definitely not typical. 「I didn’t like how we stayed on the second floor and all day and all night people on the 3rd floor were running and stomping all down the hallway. We had to call downstairs to the staff and ask them if they could call to the 3rd floor to stop running and stomping every 5 minutes of the day and night」

「Room was clean but the picture they have on here for multiple beds looks like separate rooms it was not it just had multiple beds in one room. Hot tub was not filled up all the way over the jets. The beds are very comfortable but for someone that is short and old and can’t jump the beds were to high. We had to put my mother on fold out couch for her to sleep.」

「I’m handicap and required a room equipped as such, or first floor. I was placed as far away from the elevator on the second floor as possible. Arrived early enough to explore this concern, no rooms had started check in. Nothing worked such as vending machines, ice machines and no concerns over the function. It was indicated with a very high volume of people with no extra controls for service. Wouldn’t book again.」

「The only good thing about this hotel was the front desk lady Brittney. The hotel had a horrible smell, the rooms where dirty. Walls, carpets, bathroom all dirty. The 1st room they gave us had no microwave or refrigerator. The carpet in the room was damp and sticky. There was makeup and dirt on the walls in the room. The shower was DISGUSTING!- from the walls, to the shower curtain to the mold in the shower. Breakfast was cold and under cooked EVERY morning! I would never stay here again!」

「Very nice people. They have spent a bunch of money on small things since the new name was added. It is a budget hotel but the pool is very nice and it is clean and the staff is super nice. Would recommend.」

「Black/rusty water flowed briefly into the tub upon opening, hot water faucet leaked into the tub and sink did not drain but very slowly. Hover, the room was spacious and quiet. The A/C was very effective and the bed and pillows very comfortable 」

「Our "non-smoking room" smelled like someone had sat in there and chain smoked for 6 months straight. There were flies. Water poured out of the wheelchair accessable shower and flooded the whole bathroom. One bed was horribly uncomfortable; the other was okayish. BUT MY FAVORITE PART was the ozone machine sitting blatantly on the table. I suppose I should have unplugged it, but it wasn't on when we arrived. But then I woke up in the middle of the night and it was on. If you don't know how...
