Rodney Heights Villa, the perfect location for your vacations

The Rodney Cap villa is comfortable, warmful and secure with a private gate at the entrance. The breathtaking sight that it offers from the balcony is definitly a must with a clear view on Pigeon Island, Rodney Bay Marina, the Carribbeans and even the Martinique. The villa is a 5 minutes walk away from the malls, the restaurants, the fine groceries and the liquor store, the casinos and another 10 minutes walk to a long and amazing beach. Golfers will love that the court is only a 15 minutes drive from the villa.

The villa has two completely indepedant apartments, meaning that they each have their kitchen and living room. They are connected by the outside with a few stairs.

The second floor apartment has four bedrooms, two full bathroom (one is ensuite to a bedroom, the other one is shared) and a utility bathroom. The main floor apartment has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. In total there are 6 bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms to accomodate a total of 12 guests!

There are many different dining areas that will give you different views and moods. There is also of course the pool area and the traditional hut which is a dreamy place to relax for a while. It is very confortable and accomodating for a group, whether it is for a family or a bunch of friends. You have access to a lot of storage space for your personal items. The house is equiped with all the comodities that you need to enjoy a nice vacation. It is a beautiful and charming home for the world's travelers!

You will get your keys at your arrival and from then you are free to use the villa as if it were your own home. You will learn to like it very fast.

The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. It has mostly just villas in it and they can give quite a view. The fact that it is uphill gives a good angle for the plunging views on the Carribeans. The best part on this neighborhood is that it is close to everything. Reduit beach, a wonderful long beach, is 10 or 15 minutes walk away. The malls, the grocerie store and the liquor store are just down the road. You will also find in that same area restaurants, cafes, the Marina, the nightlife, ect. It is really the best of both worlds.
