Located in Alberese Grosseto, the holiday apartment Isola Rossa Appartamento 1pt has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a studio with a sofa bed, kitchenette, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a fan, heating, a washing machine as well as cable TV.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a fenced pool, is also available for your use. Please, consider that the pool is closed in winter season, approximately between the end of September and the beginning of June.

A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

Pets are allowed for a fee.
