House Elfo in Maremma with pool

A few km from Parco dell'Uccellina, in the heart of the Maremma countryside, Casa Elfo is surrounded by greenery, ideal for a holiday in direct contact with nature both with family and friends, its happy location, reserved and quiet at the same time.
Owned by our family since the end of the 17th century, the house (90m2) is inside our farm, where we still produce olive oil. has been obtained from an agricultural annex, designed to be welcoming in every corner, furnished in a simple style is ideal for every need and can accommodate up to 4-5 people.
Entrance that opens onto a living room with ancient marble fireplace, dining table and can also be accessed from the well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher), followed by a corridor with 2 bathrooms (shower-bidet), one with washing machine, and finally the 2 bedrooms, the double with king size bed and the twin with 2 single beds, with a small writing table, both rooms have air conditioning (The cost of air conditioning must be calculated based on consumption ) All windows have mosquito nets.
The dehor: a gazebo with a table for 4/5 people, lounge furniture and chaise longue
The production of hot water is with solar panels.

The swimming pool faces south, sunny throughout the day, terrace with pergola and sun loungers, fenced in.

Salt system, oil-based creams cannot be used.

Casa Elfo is surrounded by greenery, on one side a forest of oaks, olive groves and a rich garden of plants and flowers.

We have a camp bed for babies up to 2 years of age (we do not provide linen and hand towels for children), high chair and baby bath, if you need it, please let us know so that you can find what you need at home.


We are happy to share our restaurants, beaches, places to visit.

We are especially present at your arrival to give you all the details possible;
Then we will meet from time to time in the large park around the house.
In the property there are 2 other apartments, which are part of the main house, each can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 person, you can combine the house with the 2 apartments, ask for info if you would like to be a group of more than 5 people.


THE COST OF THE STAY DOES NOT INCLUDE ( to be paid upon arrival, cash only)
- The security deposit: € 300 which will be returned after checking out that there are no damages and that the cleaning conditions are acceptable
- The cost of air conditioning must be calculated based on consumption and deducted from the deposit
- Traveler fees € 1.50 for person for the first 14 days (except children under 14th years of age).
- Cleaning for stays longer than 7 nights, for more each day 5€ cash.
- Shower gel and shampoo, dishwasher soap and washing machine are not included.
- Oil, vinegar and pepper are not supplied.
- Air conditioning only in the bedroom and must be counted according to consumption and deducted from the deposit. (0,55KW/H)

- Household linen (sheets, towels and kitchen rags)
- Liquid soap for hands and dishes (no soap machine)
- 3 rolls of toilet paper
