The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a living/dining room with a dining table and cable TV, opening onto a balcony. Additionally, there are three bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm) and a shower/WC, another with a French bed (160 cm), and the third with two beds. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate shower and WC on this level.
